The Mere Golf Resort & Spa in Knutsford has recently announced a recruitment drive which will see the creation of 100 new positions across the business to commence in January 2012.

In March 2012 following a period of redevelopment, The Mere will open as a luxury resort, offering world class event facilities, golf course and spa along with a new build hotel comprising of 81 rooms, including suites and 3 dining options across the resort.

A variety of roles including Head Concierge, Night Manager and Rooms Division Manager are currently being recruited for as several new departments will be put in place ahead of the hotel launch. There will also be a number of positions across Food & Beverage to support the resort’s new restaurants.

Two recruitment open days for potential candidates will be held at The Mere, the first will be on November 14th to recruit for Front of House positions followed by December 5th for Food & Beverage positions, including Chefs.

The recruitment drive will see The Mere’s current team expand from 130 to 230.
