Knutsford Rugby Club is a fantastic example of a community sports club that has really impacted upon its local environment. We are now in our seventh season and in such a short space of time the milestones that we have achieved are truly remarkable. These include the RFU President’s XV Awards for our support to the local community, the highly prestigious RFU Whole Club Seal of Approval (we were the first club in Cheshire to achieve this status) and Cheshire East Club of the Year (2009-2010).

Knutsford Community First Responders a group of volunteers who are trained by and work with the North West Ambulance Service. Their aim is to preserve life and promote recovery in an emergency situation, before the ambulance arrives.
Knutsford Flower Club who aim to encourage the love of flowers & plants & to demonstrate how you can use them in decorative and creative arrangements.
Knutsford Historical Society a local history group affiliated to Cheshire Historic Society.
Knutsford in Bloom a voluntary group who’s aim it is to create a floral Knutsford and encourage local sustainable planting projects in and around our town.

Knutsford Literature Festival The Knutsford Literature Festival is now in its 12th year. Knutsford Literature Festival was launched in October 2000 as a millennium event. It was an instant success and is now staged annually during the month of October.
Knutsford Little Theatre One of Cheshire’s best venues for live theatre presents a broad programme of drama drawn from a rich tradition of playwriting both old and new.

Rotary Club of Knutsford Formed in 1939 as the daughter club of Rotary Club of the Lymm. The Knutsford Club started as a lunch time club but now of course they meet in the evening.
Tatton Garden Society one of Britain’s foremost botanic and horticultural societies, with its own 11 hectare (28 acre) arboretum and botanic site open to the public and which is one of Cheshire’s “Gardens of Distinction”
The Knutsford Ornithological Society unusually for ornithological societies but this local group organise field trips for every month of the year

Ashley Cricket Club founded in 1888, and is run as an inclusive club to offer competitive sport for players of all ability. Set in the picturesque village of Ashley, the club runs 4 senior teams and several junior teams from ages 9 to 15.
Brook Street Club - snooker, pool & dominoes
Heyrose Golf Club set in beautiful parkland with ancient woodlands and many water features. Heyrose is not an ordinary golf club.
High Legh Park & Country Club 27 holes of outstanding golf together with superb practice facilities including 3 putting greens and a 300 yard driving range.
Knutsford & District Motor Club a number of members are regular competitors in road rallies throughout the UK
Knutsford Football Club the first team plays in the Cheshire League and the ‘A’ team appears in the Altrincham and District League.
Knutsford Golf Club laid out in handsome woodlands on the edge of Tatton Park, Knutsford Golf Club offers a varied and challenging 10 hole course.
Knutsford Hockey Club consists of three mens, two ladies and a junior team. They play at Knutsford Leisure Centre just off Westfield Drive.

Knutsford Sub-Aqua Club activities include regular pool training, special development courses and trips to include scenic diving, wreck diving and advanced skills using specialised equipment.
Knutsford Tri (Triathlon) Club offers regular formal and informal training sessions suitable for beginners right through to experienced athletes.
Knutsford Volley Ball Club has members of various talent, age and nationality, KVC always welcome new blood, regardless of ability.
Peover Golf Club a truly beautiful course set deep in the heart of the Cheshire countryside.
Tatton Club a snooker and billiards club filled with history and located in the heart of the town centre.
Thai Boxing - Super Gym at Egerton Youth Club. Provides a full range of equipment including a boxing ring, fully matted floor, a range of punch and kick bag/pads with gloves and leg pads for members to use.
Wilmslow Golf Club the course offers a fine test of golf for the low handicapper, it also provides an enjoyable experience to golfers of all ability.
